Will all my data, including existing channel mapping, rooms, rates and bookings stay intact?

Yes, everything including your functionality, remains unchanged. All your existing settings, channel mappings, reservation details and other data will be in place in the new platform and available in your account upon your first log in.

What date and time will the upgrade occur?

You will be notified of the exact date of your upgrade via email and when you log-in 7 days prior.

Will there be an outage?

You might not be able to log in for up to 10 minutes, however this will not affect your system. Your reservations will be processed as usual, just with a slight delay.

Do I need to do anything to be upgraded to the new platform?

No, we’ll look after everything for you. Your new platform experience will take place automatically.

Where can I get help if I need it?

You’ll have extensive how-to online tutorials, demo videos and step-by-step knowledge base articles to access directly from your platform. Our friendly team of support experts is also available 24/7 to answer any of your questions.
